Who we are

ChiroCenter.com, owned by Perigon Capital, is a referral service. We're not a healthcare provider and we don't give medical advice.

What we collect

When you use our form: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, main concern, how you'd pay, your preferred time and your consent choice. We also record technical details such as IP address, approximate location, browser and the time you submitted, to prevent spam and fraud. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To match you with a licensed chiropractor in your area and, if you consented, to let us and the matched clinic(s) contact you by phone, text or email. Today we keep requests on file and don't share them with any clinic; when a vetted clinic covers your area, we'll pass your request only to that clinic.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information to data brokers. Please don't send detailed medical information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. To see, correct or delete your information, email privacy@chirocenter.com.

Security and retention

Requests are stored with access restricted to ChiroCenter.com staff. We delete requests we can't match within 12 months.
